We manage and control the quality of all our seafood products from the moment they are harvested. We select our raw material from the best fishing fleets and farmers. Our quality standards can only be met by providing us with etremely fresh raw materials. Through our HAACP certified program we verify the quality throughout the entire process by closely monitoring temperatures and cleanliness.

To further ensure the safey of our Seafood, we regularly send our products to FDA sanctioned laboratories for random testing and approval. We pride ourselves on delivering the most delicious and safe seafood on the market today.
