Pacific Coral Procurement and Production

Pacific Coral Seafood controls the quality of all our seafood products from the moment of harvest.  Our raw material comes from only select fishing fleets and farms.  All fresh product must meet our strict quality standards in order to be processed.

Through our HAACP certified program, we can ensure that the product our customers receive maintain its quality from start to finish through quality and sanitary critical control points.

To further ensure the quality and safety of our seafood, Pacific Coral Seafood regularly sends product to FDA sanctioned laboratories for random testing and approval.  Pacific Coral Seafood prides itself on delivering a superior product that is not only the best tasting product, but also the safest.
