Quality Assurance & safety: Quality is away our first Priority! We manage and control the quality of all our seafood products from the moment they are harvest. We select our raw material from the best fishing fleets and farmers. Our quality standards can only be met by providing us with extremely fresh raw material. Through our HAACP certified program we verify the quality throughout the entire process by closely monitoring temperatures and cleanliness. Further steps are taken to ensure the safety of our seafood; we regularly send our product to FDA sanctioned laboratories for random testing and approval. We pride ourselves on delivering the most delicious and safe seafood in the market place today.
